You never pay usage
costs unless your aircraft is occupied by you and/or
your guests. Whether one or six passengers, you pay
the same low rate. Your occupied flight hour fees are
currently less than $850 per flight hour. (Note: Pricing
subject to change. Consult actual contract rate for
amount.)
Availability
Your
aircraft is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days
per week, 365 days a year. Weather permitting, we fly
at your request. We do require a minimum notice of 10
hours to prepare your airplane. In the event your aircraft
is unavailable due to usage by another owner, The
Service Bureau shall endeavor to supply a similar
aircraft for your use.
Liquidity
Your Investment
in the aircraft is completely liquid. After 30 months,
you may sell your interest back to The Service
Bureau at fair market value less a remarketing fee.
