With fractional aircraft ownership, a company purchases an
interest in a corporate aircraft. The Service Bureau
provides one-quarter share interests (and multiple thereof)
translating to two hundred (200) flight hours per year
per share. In our fractional
aircraft ownership program, all aircraft maintenance,
hangaring, licensing, crew salaries and training are covered
as part of the operating agreement. Your in-flight catering
is also included.

Consider Fractional Ownership
If:
- You need maximum flexibility
and the ability to react very quickly.
- You fly several colleagues
at one time on a regular basis.
- You find it more convenient
to use nearby regional airports not served by the
airlines.
- You have operational facilities
in several different locations.
- You are concerned with
issues of privacy or confidentiality.
Program At A Glance
In simple terms, you
own (partial interest) your own aircraft. The Service
Bureau is your own flight department. You tell us
when you want to go and where you want to go. We do the
rest.
Undivided Interest
You (or your company) purchase an agreed-upon portion
of your business aircraft. That portion may be 1/4,
1/2, 3/4, or the whole aircraft, which would translate
to 200, 400, 600 or 800 occupied flight hours per year.
Monthly Management Fee
This expenditure varies directly with the size of your
interest. It covers every cost associated with your ownership
except actual in-flight usage. Monthly management fees
are currently less than $11,000 per 1/4 interest. (Note:
Pricing is subject to change. Consult your actual contract
rate for the amount.)
