ABOUT MANUALS for AVIATION
". . . We presently operate two Falcon 900s,
a Falcon 2000 and a (twin engine) helicopter.
. . a comprehensive
review A determination was made that 'standard operations'
would be best supported through a manual developed
with a precise standard format. This decision resulted in our contacting The
Service Bureau.
After forwarding our pen and ink corrections, you
quickly and accurately converted our paper copy
to an electronic format.
You became personally involved with the manual's
development by offering sound advice and appropriate
suggestions from review through the completion of
the project. As a result I was able to focus on department
processes and procedures while you provided outstanding
professional support focused on a standard format
that is easily readable and understandable.
Since that time we have performed our first annual
review of the Flight Operations Manual. That review resulted in a revision that was
made easy with your support and quick response. In recognition of the quality and convenience of the service you
provide to Flight Operations, the department's Maintenance
Operations Manual was contracted to you in the past
year. It
too was reformatted and published to exacting standards.
Thank you for your great work and superior service!"
. . . from a Chief Pilot, Fortune 100 corporation.

ABOUT MANUALS for LAW ENFORCEMENT
". . . As you are aware,
our policy manual was outdated and difficult to
maintain. Correcting this problem would have required
the re-assignment of several staff officers for
a considerable length of time. This of course
would have caused shortcomings in their regular
assignments.
After providing you with our old manual, I was
impressed with the formatting and turn around time
in receiving a draft copy from you. Your recommendations
and tips greatly aided my staff in making the necessary
revisions to the draft manual in developing the
final version.
Police agencies across the country are constantly
receiving updates and new directives from county,
state and federal agencies. Modifications of rules,
regulations, policies and procedures are an ongoing
event. I am confident that The Services Bureau will
continue to be a valuable resource to my agency
in maintaining up to date manuals.
I feel that The Services Bureau meets
and exceeds the requirements of developing and maintaining
these most important manuals for police agencies.
I look forward to utilizing your services and continuing
our pleasant working relationship."
. . . from a Chief of Police, northeast USA. |
